Are we less intelligent than randomness?
Two possible theories for the origin of the universe include the existence of God, and the theory that all things are the result of random combination of particles in an infinite frame of space and time. Concerning this latter theory, I have a question: Wouldn't we as humans--with all our technology and intellect and inclinations against entropy-- be able to create something that is more sophisticated than at least some of these results of randomness? Yet, we cannot even create a mosquito, or even a cell. Are we less intelligent than randomness?
