I dreamt I was giving birth...?

Last night, I dreamt that I was in a hospital room sitting on a bed and was having contractions. I remember having to go to the bathroom in the dream prior to the actual birth bc i didn't want to urinate on the doctor. When I went back to the bed I looked over to my left and there was a room with a long window so that my family could watch. When the doctor finally came into the room I asked if I could face the other direction (to my right) so that my family couldn't see my pouche. lol Anyways, once I faced the other direction I remember my older sister holding my hand while I began to push. Does this have anything to do with my preperations for college? I'd been organizing my bedroom to be a sort of office the night before. I've looked at a few other birth dream questions and a few said that it was symbolic for a new birth into adulthood or a new phase in my life, but I think there's gotta be more to it because this isn't the first time i've dreamt I was pregnant, but it was the first time I actually gave birth in such detail... Could it be because I want to be a mom so badly?
