What is my friend? sociopath, psychopath, or narcissist?

My friend Veronica has been my friend since 3rd grade, and we are in 10th grade we are learning about Hitler and every time she will say "All hale Hitler" and she will always laugh at others pain, and I know us teens laugh at people after they get hurt, but she takes it very far like she will go as far as to to mock people when they get hurt, and would do anything to see someone fight with someone else. She believes everything revolves around her, and if you don't give her the attention she wants she gets very mad and start manipulating people into thinking it wasn't her fault for something. She shows no emotions for people, like her boyfriend, she will always yell at if he forgets to say hi to her. I just want to know what she is? and what I should do about my best friend? I have tried to get help for her, but she is very clever and tells people things that she wants to hear, and never things she tells me, like how she hates black people, and jew, and worst of all she's part black herself. does that mean she hates herself? Will she try to hurt herself because of it?
