State Trooper Making A False Statement What Do I do?

About a month ago I was driving on Tomland Hill Road in Isle of Wight County. I wasn't texting or messing with the radio. I was going probably to fast for a sharp curve. I hit the ditch and rolled the car once. It landed back up with the wind shell cracked and busted. The hood is up roof caved in in other words I totaled it. I got out the car after i wrecked and my witness came up and asked me if I was okay and another guy came up and asked if I was okay. Both stayed there. The guy asked me to sit down in the car so if I were to faint I wouldn't land on the ground. I realized the car was still running so for safety causes I turned off the car. The state trooper is now saying I attempted to fleet scene because I turned off the car and took the keys out. Because of that statement I am worried about getting jail time if the judge don't believe that I didn't attempt to drive off. Do I need to worry about jail time? I know I am gonna get fined and have to take a driving cl. I know they don't care that I am in high school and I will graduate in about 5 months. I am really worried about jail time. I know I will need a lawyer but still what do you think? what would you do? Will I be okay?
