What would happen if a penger threw a handful of change in the train conductor's face?

It would be up to the conductor, but in all likelihood he would leave the immediate vicinity of the individual, and radio for police istance at the next station. The police would arrest the individual, and there would be a decision whether or not to press charges, and if so, what would be the charge.
