Always fought w/my weight. 5'1" and 151 lbs. Typical day is 6oz cottage cheese for bkfast, container of yogurt and piece of fruit for lunch..can't possibly eat less. Snack on raw almonds or more fruit. Small serving of dinner. Avoid pasta's, rice, bread, fried foods, sugars, etc. Don't drink soda or tea. Always drink my 64oz of water daily. Have gone from 142 to 151 in 6 months. Am walking about 1 mile 3 times a day, but weight is frustrating me completely! Help...
