My dog chewed on a battery and acid came out of it. She licked it and quickly backed away. Should I worry?

When I picked up the battery it was leaking and I checked her mouth and everything seemed fine. But I worry anyway and know she must have ingested some of it because she coughed and backed away after licking just a bit of it. Oh and it was a AAA battery
