GENTLEMEN, HAS FEMINISM Destroyed Television?

No, feminism hasn't ruined television, and writing isn't what it used to be. The opening of the market with cable and direct TV are the prime culprits. It used to be that there were only a few markets for TV writers, so the most talented ones worked together. Now, there is room for even the less-talented, and it shows. Attitudes have changed, some for the better, some not. As long as people watch and buy a sponsor's products, many shows will continue to air which would have been cancelled in years gone by. As for what is being portrayed, it's fantasy.
