AMD Athlon™ II X2 Processor 245 (2.9GHz, 1M, 2C) vs. Intel® Pentium® dual-core E5800(3.20GHz,2MB L2,800MHz)?

The AMD Athlon comes with ATI Radeon HD4200 Graphics. The Pentium dual-core comes with Integrated Intel® GMA X4500 Graphics. I just want to know which is the better one of the two. I'm planning on getting a better graphics card in the future.
