Would a jbl house speaker work in a 97 dodge ram. its a 350 watt sub.?

make sure you check the impedence of the subwoofer, and also the enclosure recommendations. If your amplifier is capable of running that impedence, then have at it. Might be easier to just buy a car subwoofer though. They are usually tailored for smaller enclosures.
