How to loose weight fast??? Please help?

I wanna loose about 5-10 kgs in about a month. I don't want it to be obvious, in other words I don't want my parents knowing. I'm 13 and in school we have 2 days of PE but I'm not very good. ha ha. And everyday I walk to school and back home (It's about 15 mins there and back.) But I'm still not loosing any weight. Probably the fact that I love food! ha ha so yup my question is how do I control my eating habits and exercises I can do to help me loose weight. I'm not looking for intense work out plans and diet pills just simple exercises and tips on what I should eat and shouldn't. I'm aiming on loosing weight around the thighs, arms and stomach, so that's my whole body?? lol
