How did Vibhishna came to Ram.?

How did Vibhishna managed to cross the sea to meet Ram. Only Ravan had Pushpak Vimaan. Did he steal that? And I think it was and it is impossible to cross the sea between Lanka and India in even a month with boat. How did he made that. Even he didn't possess any power.
